I accepted his offer for a card. after that, buyer didn't respond to multiple messages. a look at his feedback showed that he was still making purchases and selling. ebay name is jordasmit-680

Did you file the unpaid item claim to give him a strike? Sending multiple messages can actually have a negative affect on getting buyers to pay. Just wait 2 to 4 days and then file.

Also if he calls Ebay the feedback you left will be removed and you will get a policy stike placed on your account and any strike the buyer got will be removed from theirs.

unpaid claim closed the other day. just relisted
