Awesome, all paid up! I have requested for the random to see the draft order. Once selection sunday happens and teams are seeded, they will be matched up with our pre-ranked cards. Once that is done, the drafting will begin to draft the team you want for the tourney.

I paid for the boxes earlier this week, so they should arrive on Wednesday. If so, I will plan on breaking these boxes Thursday night at 9:30 pm Central. Should be fun!

Looks like this is the first year a #16 seed finally beats a #1 seed.

Now I just have to pick the right #16 seed.

There is a good chance someone might draft the #16 seeds earlier to try to win a top card from the break if an upset does happen. It will be interesting, especially if we land a monster hit, as that specific region could get drafted quickly to try to draft the team that could beat that top team.

I'm glad I'm either a #4 or #5 seed! Those teams higher might drop out in the first round! Then again 4 and 5 are usually upset in the 1st rounds lol

Cool thing about this promo is that even if you don't nail the random, you can still get a good card. I got 33 and 50, so if my 8-12 seeds get the upset, I can get something good. Now it's time to do my homework, lol.

With pick #46, that's what I'm counting on.

But it didn't happen once last year.

#1 Pick! Nice! Except that in this draft the most likely outcome is losing that card to someone else. (but hopefully picking up a couple mid level hits before that happens)

Happened to me in the last one with Kentucky and a nice Kobe card, but did win a few cards including a nice Malone for my PC.

It did happen last year. I had pick #54 and got the upset on the 1st round. The win got me a redemption that ended up yielding a nice Kawhi Leonard Gold Standard RC Auto! Still got it in my PC! You really never know... I think the lower picks are more dangerous than the top.. lol

Yep, I got the boxes today so the break will be tonight at 9:30pm Central. We got 16 boxes to open, so it should be fun. Hope we land some monster top seed cards.
