How can anyone eat Lima Beans? I imagine them as the solid puss that would come out of a Giant's Zit. I like them that much.

Chorizo, black bean and sweet potato tacos. First time my wife made them...amazing. Thanks Pinterest. I used to call that website "the other man" because she was surfing the site constantly...she now calls blowout "the other woman".

Anyway, the tacos were good!

I made buttermilk pancakes for breakfast and sloppy joes, peas and curly fries for dinner. Kids were at their grandma's for lunch so hubby and I just had left overs.
