I am in no way a doctor in any way, but I am hoping it's just a dislocated ankle. If not, he had to break both of his lower leg bones to make his foot turn like that, and I really hope that wasn't the case. Just gruesome. |

I can't see it being anything less then a broken leg. I hope I'm wrong

It says a lot about the seriousness of the injury where a fracture and dislocated ankle would be good news....

So guys...
All things considered and let's say Hayward is out for the year. Is this years team better than last years team? |

Just a horrible injury and hate seeing it happen to anyone. He seems like a very down to earth star and likeable guy.

By video, unfortunately ankle fracture dislocation. Will need immediate reduction, eventual surgery. Will miss most if not all of season.
That was the tweet of Dr. David Chao who does football stuff for PFT

Nothing will be known for a while in regards to his playing career. Lots of questions regarding how much structural damage occurred, what surgery/surgeries as needed, etc.

Develop Tatum, Brown, Semi etc.
Hope Hayward is back by the end of the year, if not next year. Just go out and compete. Still a good team. They werent winning the title this year. It sucks sooooooooooooooooo much

They need another solid vet in that team also. Great opportunity for Tatum and Brown especially. Obviously they'd prefer to have Hayward back.

Shaq and Chuck just said now that Haywood is out the C's are just another team that will fight to be a top 4/5 team in the East. They weren't winning it all this year but there was a buzz in the air. Guys in the shop were pumped for the start of the season. It was a year for the kids to grow and the vets to gel. Looks like we'll see the kids a lot. GH will be back and the C's will only be better next year.
Brad Steven's will find a way to make this team be more successful than we can imagine. Danny must be sick to his stomach, I know I am. |

I keep seeing the number zero and thinking that Avery Bradley had a growth spurt.

Just wanted to see the excitement Hayward and Irving were going to bring. Similar to the Pats. I can't remember the last time Brady, Gronk and Edleman all played together...
