2013 PANINI FLAWLESS BASKETBALL 2 CASE HIT Draft

Payment is due 48 hours within the break going active. I recommend you all subscribing to the thread when joining, but I will PM all members when break is active.

RULES OF THE BREAK!
1. This is a hit draft break or in otherwords... a card draft since this is such a high end product, all base are considered hits.
2. List of participants will be randomized and the top participant on the list will have first pick of all the cards we pull in our cases.
3. Any additional cards after everyone has drafted will be randomized to everyone.
4. I will be running my own randoms per the blowout rules on the contingent that I am approved to do so. Otherwise blowout moderators will be doing all the randoming.
5. The only international members that I will accept are from Canada or the one or two that I have personally dealt with in Australia. Those international members will obviously have to pay for extra shipping.
6. All breaks will be live and recorded on ustream and scans of cards will be put up as soon as possible.
7. Cards will be drafted the following day after the scans are put up and the draft clock will run from 10am est to 11pmest with a 1 hour limit.
8. ALL CARDS WILL BE MAILED TO YOU IN MAGNETIC ONE TOUCH HOLDERS REGARDLESS OF VALUE.
9. All cards valued at over $250 will be required to pay for insurance (which includes signature confirmation by default)
10. Only members already in the break can trade, buy, sell slots to other members in the break unless given permission by me. If you are an outside buyer of the break, you are not protected if the shipment gets lost.
11. I will not be participating in this break, however I reserve the right to buy slots post-random.
