You got it. A lot of people who sell their items by way of razz have no capability to run a video and actually do the razz. Each site has “certified video runners” that will run the video for you. For the service, you tip them a few dollars.

I’ve never sold a card this way but it does seem cheaper than selling on EBay. Also, a lot of razz sellers want their payment via PP gift so the tip to the video runner and the cost to ship the item are the only “fees” they pay when they razz a card. They totally avoid EBay and PP fees.

Case hit- An insert or parallel card that is inserted one per case of product. Typically a rare card.
NQ- "No Qualifiers"; this means the PSA grade does not have an unwanted designation such as off-center, marked, miscut, or out-of-focus.
Flip- The red and white label of a PSA graded card. Not to be confused with buying a card and then "flipping" it for profit.

I learned FOMO about a month ago as I had never run across that term before. I was really trying to figure out what it meant on my own but I had to resort to google.

I'm tired of people saying SICK CARD SICK PULL SICK MOJO CARD
People need to stop and think for once.

Sickness is just a psychological interpretation of symptoms.

I could certainly be wrong or it could be difference across sports.

It is Rookie Patch Auto regardless of sport. Just more prevalent in basketball/football.

A couple corrections to the list:
OP can mean original poster as well as original post.
Error includes mistakes as well as printing malfunctions.

True Gem, as previously mentioned, is prevalent through the industry. I’m now seeing True Gem + used a lot as yet another differentiator that the subs are min 9.5 across the board plus at least one 10.

But my favorite I’ve heard recently that isn’t used a lot but I love is:

Dirty Gem: a BGS 9.5 achieved from three 10s and an 8.5.

Blue Painter = act of using blue painter's tape on toploader

"I just got a sweet PC card, it was blue painter instead of scotch though....I did not have to use a blade."

Yellowed = using old toploader to ship in

"Wow, just got a PMG in the mail that was yellowed."

Can we properly define when to use the key hobby terms of "sale" and "sell"? I never knew these two terms were ever confused for each other until I got back into collecting.

QS/Quicksale - Cards are priced to move fast and are below recent sale values

This is incorrect. Definition should be cards priced above or at eBay recent sales.

RP- An abbreviation for a reprint that shady eBay sellers use in their title or description to cover their butts when an inexperienced buyer tries to return the 2011 Topps Update Trout RP they bought for $50.
Reprint?- Always is a reprint if you see the seller write a question mark after the word.

I just don't even understand it. To me they're not even remotely interchangeable. In no other walk of life have I ever seen anyone confuse the two. It's easily a 50/50 proposition in the card community.
