Default Confusing eBay listing, guidance sought.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Emma-Watson...53.m1438.l2649

So I’ve been looking at Emma Watson autos for a while. Yes I see the dinged corner. But the whole “not taking this out of the case” odd damage disclaimers and “no returns” said repeatedly makes me think it’s not just a dinged corner. Am I paranoid or is this a big set of red flags?

$800 minimum + $25 shipping from Japan from a long time, high feedback seller.

card looks legit. worn and beat up, but legit.

seller can say no returns 7,000 times if they want to, it won't make a difference. you could still return it if it's fake. doubt it is though.

Pointless to say 'No returns' so, whatever on that item. . .

As for not taking it out of the case, could be a couple of legitimate things.

1. Doesn't want to take it out of the case because they are trying to limit any unnecessary handling and/or potential further damage to the card

2. They are not going to remove it from the case for shipping purposes.

Damage disclaimers, they are just trying to cover the bases. It is more of a 'look.. this card has some issues, some of which maybe I haven't even noticed so, if you are looking for a gem mint card, look somewhere else'. As a seller, I can see that because I will never ever ever ever ever say 'mint' in a listing. Heck, I won't even say 'excellent'

it was my sale to this person in japan. i bought it a long time ago from someone on the boards, maybe advan24 or something like that. it's an awesome card but other than the soft corner, there's just light chipping on the edges which is common with this card.

Looks like this card sold May 10th for $1200. Same dinged corner, same ding on the left side about half way down on the back. The last A in Emma ends above the TM.
