it has started already - on my way back home, i had to cross a covered bridge (yeah - no comments from any of you). there were 2 cars in front of me, a local car and the one in front was from new york. we went about 8 mph over the bridge (posted speed limit is apparently 15)

meanwhile a car going the other direction was doing the normal speed of 35-40. we were going slow enough that i almost just stopped and waited for them to get across.

and of course, as soon as we got across the bridge, the new york card simply stopped without warning to get out and look at the bridge.

if i make it through this fall without running over someone, it will be a miracle
