USA versus Puerto Rico thread...elimination game

Rollins, SS
Phillips, 2B
Braun, LF
Mauer, C
Stanton, RF
Zobrist, 3B
Hosmer, 1B
Jones, CF
Victorino, DH

Vogelsong pitching, can't complain about the lineup, and I love Zobrist at third despite the lack of play there.

If you haven't heard Wright's out of the WBC and may start the MLB season on the DL.

For Puerto Rico:

Pagan, CF
Feliciaano, LF
Beltran, DH
Molina, C
Aviles, SS
Rios, RF
Rivera, 1B
Gonzalez, 3B
Falu, 2B

Hope they crush Figueroa, don't really like the guy.

Bryce Harper volunteered to replace Wright on the roster, should have dumped Victorino haha.

A bunch of players probably want to get in now if the USA makes it past but doubt they take off guys like Hosmer, Victorino, since made promises to them. Only Wright's spot will be up for grabs and they'll want a "real 3B."

MLBnetwork announcers saying it will indeed be Headley, but the other day they didn't know how the Marlins sculpture in CF worked. So...yeah.

didn't say anything about guaranteeing anything just that they would've been better. The Yankees bat boy would be better than Bloomquist.

Well, not many options. Jeter=injured, bad choice, Cano=DR, Youkilis=bad, Granderson=injured, Sabathia just had his first start.

Can't really think of anyone besides a guy like Robertson.
