Default Need help identifying this baseball signed by Ted Williams

So, I'm not questioning the signature, it's the baseball I can't seem to identify. I'm going to have it PSA or JSA here soon. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Nice vintage playing days Williams autograph! Can't help you identify the baseball, other than to say it's not an official MLB baseball.

I'll preface this by saying I don't know much about vintage baseballs. This looks like a Rawlings Official League Competition Grade Baseball like the one pictured here (contemporary version):

Some quick Google searches reveal a 1946 Rawlings Baseball listing with the product number 70c but I can't find a picture to corroborate.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge can help you more but hopefully this at least gives you a place to start.

You could try contacting this guy. Not sure how legit he is but seems like a decent resource:

No League, just a type of baseball you could buy at the store for recreational use or local leagues. Cheaper than an OMLB, but official size and weight.
