Trade hasn't arrived.

I have a trade that was made on 8/25 the card has not shown up. It is a new member and so I had them send first. So no problem on my side. I have sent him PM's a few times and he continually tells me card was shipped. it wasn't received on Sept 4th so I sent him a PM asking about when it would arrive he told me it was shipped and it should be there soon. Then Friday the 7th I sent him another PM saying card hasn't shown up. He said card went out thursday... So I confronted him about the PM on Tuesday saying it was already shipped. He admitted to lying saying he was sorry for taking so long but the card was shipped...here we are 9/12 no card.

Should I neg this guy or let it go since no harm to me I didn't send anything to him it just was a waste of time and bad character on his part. And to be honest I don't think people like that should be able to sell/trade on here

Not sure I should call him out yet. But the time is drawing near.

I would would give him a negative. New member or not. He could have at least been honest from the front and said hey have not gotten it in the mail yet. I would have been fine with this, but to lie...obviously not a man(child) of his word. I understand stuff happens sometimes, but I always contact members and give them a heads up of why I couldn't get it in the mail. Usually work...Army.

New trader...you did right by making him wheel first, he didn't.

I'd neutral him with an explanation.

Also, any trades I swing I demand/require DLC so I can investigate myself and not rely on PM's falling on deaf ears.

Yes i shipped on thursday but i said i shipped then becuse i didnt sent soon

So you lied because you took so long??? I don't need to get the run around... Just want truth and professionalism on here. If you expect to do business on here I suggest especially since you are new to under promise and over deliver otherwise you will have some very angry people when doing trades and what not.
I'll let you know when the cards shows and I will ship yours out as soon as they arrive.
