THE PHILIDELPHIA 76ers are RANDOMED to a member of this break each month and are not available for choosing. I want a good team to be available to everyone still so I have designated them as a good team to be randomed

-You can back out of your spots anytime after the first month but if you want back in after you back in you will be put behind any other backup slots and will have to wait your turn to rejoin the break
-*** if you drop a spot twice in a 4 month period i will require that you wait 4 months to rejoin
-Teams can be bought/sold/traded each month WITHIN the break only.
- ANY POINTS CARDS FROM PANINI PRODUCTS WILL BE RANDOMED BETWEEN ALL MEMBERS OF THE BREAK BY A MOD

How it works:

- Any unclaimed teams will be randomed to members of the break and i will make box options based on the amounts we have in claimed teams

- Shipping of $4, supplies $2, and paypal fees of .029%+.30 will be added to final slot costs each month

1) Each member will pay the cost each team they choose.
2) Each Spot will get all teams pulled from the teams they choose
3) Members can choose to be a backup for certain teams
4) boxes will be evenly divided up between 2017, 2016, and 2015
5) boxes will be decided based on the teams sold
6) the break will be held as soon as i can after i receive the boxes. i work at night so I will try to make the break happen on a night i have off so all of you can view
7) All Breaks will be done live on Ustream and will be recorded as well.
8) Each month i will Post a recap in the football breaks section and then post a link here
9) If you pull something over $200 i will ask you to pay for upgraded shipping
10) PRODUCTS WILL BE DECIDED BY A VOTE BY THE MEMBERS OF THE BREAK. I WILL POST 2 DIFFERENT OPTIONS ON THE 16TH TO BE VOTED ON FOR US TO BREAK AND WHATEVER OPTION WINS THE MAJORITY VOTE IS WHAT WE WILL BREAK.
11) If a card has a player in a different team jersey than listed on the card, the card goes to the team listed on the card. (Ex. Lebron pictured in a Heat jersey but the card lists Cavs, then the card would go to the Cavs).
12) If there is no team listed on the card or the team listed on the card is the player’s college team then the card goes to the team that the player is currently on. If they are retired the card will go to the team that THEY PLAYED THEIR ROOKIE SEASON ON/FOR. If the player has no team they will be randomed between the group.
13) Any cards with multiple teams featured on them will be randomized once the break has been completed in my blog room via random.org. Unless one owner owns more then 50% share of said card. Card go to whatever team is listed on the card, not jersey he is wearing!
14) I reserve the right to adjust the prices of teams based on the market. If a teams rookies are over producing, I will increase prices to match market demand. If a teams class isnt producing as it should I will also decrease their price.
15) I reserve the right to particate in this break, but will only do so after any teams are claimed.
