JSA Authentication in NJ
Hi all,
I sent a Kris Medlen signed rookie card into the JSA/Beckett partnership (NJ office), with confirmed delivery on October 1. I'ts my first submission to them. I've heard nothing from them. Their site says to wait 20 business days before contacting them about a status, so I tried to call a couple times last week. Got no answer. Sent an email, nothing. Just tried calling today and got a recording that "your call cannot be completed at this time". Anyone know anything? Perhaps they were knocked out by the storm? Thanks for any info.

Check under your Beckett account to see if your card was entered in the system or not. JSA first authenticates your card and then sends it to BGS for slabbing. The slabbing part seems to take the longest. They charged my account today so it looks like they are back in business after the storm.

Yeah, a lot of New Jersey is still under heavy storm damage & power/gas rationing. Could be down for quite some time as a big winter storm is expected to hit us this Wednesday. Could deal a 1-2 punch to Long Island & New Jersey. I'd give em time. They may throw you a bone too once they are back up. I just hope your auto didn't get under any water at all.
