Its nuts what I HAD of him prior to him blowing up. I can honestly say that I haven't purchased a single Judge card from online or anywhere. I have had a good opportunity with pulling a few here and there but thats it. They were pulled. I did some dumpster diving through my commons boxes and found some pretty decent cards of him. So, with that said, my stash is as follows:

4-2013 BDP paper RC's
1-2013 BDP Jagielo/Judge Draftpicks Dual paper
2-2013 BCDP Chrome RC's
3-2014 Bowman Draft paper
1-2014 BCDP Chrome
4-2015 Bowman Draft paper
1-2015 BCDP Chrome
5-2016 Bowmans Best
1-2016 Bowmans Best refractor
2-2016 Bowmans Best Statline
2-2017 Diamond Kings base
1-2017 Heritage dual RC w/ Austin
2-2017 Archives RC
5-2017 Bowman paper RC
1-2017 Bowman ROY Favorites refractor
1-2017 Platinum Platinum Presence green refractor /99
1-2017 Museum RC purple parallel /99
2-2017 Optic Rated Rookies
1-2017 Optic Rated Rookies Holo Autograph /150

Thats about it for me. Nothing too fancy.

Is it really hate? Or is it a different way of thinking and the horde getting angry? It reminds me of PC politics.

I think those on the hype train have been blinded by his fluke start. They forget the high strikeout high power no average guy Judge was expected to be. Now we are seeing that come to fruition and people on one side are furious the other side can now say "told you so".

Pitchers have figured him out. He strikes out now at a very high rate and the hits aren't coming. It's over guys, get over it.

I agree, seems like people here either love him or hate him.

I don't even think it's hate. They just don't see the hype and know the eventual burst of the bubble is coming

The bubble definitely popped after HR derby on certain cards.

Yeah people will realize in 5 years they blew 400 for a signed ball or 600 for a chrome auto of the next Adam Dunn.

Yeah, he will break a lot of hearts/pocket books. He is turning out to be a 200+ strikeout hitter. Unless he lowers that number, he will be a feast or famine type of hitter. I can see him being a .260 career hitter if he can't lower those SO numbers.

Also, only 1 player has ever made it to the HOF with 180 or more strikeouts in a season. That was Mike Schmidt and he only struck out 150 or more times once, the year he had 180 SO's.

I think Trout will make the hall, so that will be two, but for the money being shelled out for this guy, everyone is expecting a HOF career. Right now, I don't see how unless he starts making contact more often. He is on pace for roughly 215 SO this year.

Hopefully he doesn't turn out to be another Adam Dunn, Ryan Howard, or Chris Davis.
He is a nice guy and well likeable, but a HOF career right now I don't see. Expect his card prices to drop like Strasburg's did.
