2018 Classics Football

Is anyone else excited for this release? About 2 weeks away

For an early product with players only in college uniforms, I think this product really delivers. I think the addition of the chrome parallels and 1 numbered chrome parallel only adds to the value.

These sets also sell extremely well too even throughout the season.

I usually like Classics but I'm not a huge fan of the design this year. With that being said, the new Chrome parallels (I forget what they're called) are intriguing.

Its a tricky questions. Aside form the pen pals in elite(which comes out first) the rookie autos are in college uniforms. Certified should have all autos in pro uniforms or at least the vast majority. Non premiere players will be made up through mini camp shots.

So it depends if he only wants the top guys, or all guys.

I liked Classics a lot both years. The only thing I did enjoy more about the first year was the fact that they did not number the cards which made it more fun to have to look for the hard to find cards when you pulled them. Sort of like a football version of heritage baseball

I agree completely. I actually love this design this year more than the first 2.

I might be in for a master case to open with my dad.

This is one of the few boxes I purchase every year. I will get my one box and be happy with two 3rd round picks autos.

The only thing I haven't had luck with in this product was the buybacks. I had a McFadden the first year, and I cant recall who I got last year. I think it was Darren Woodson.

I would love to hit a Namath with that guarantee for my PC.

my 20 box case came out to 63.75 per box($1275) which I felt was a great deal.

Like two months ago or so I bought a box of 17 classics for 35 dollars on blowout. Pulled a Richard Sherman auto /10 and a Winston/Evans double patches. Sweet patches. Will probably wait for the prices to go down and then will grab one to open

It works both ways. Yes, the boxes will drop in price but the singles you pull also sell for 2x (or more) at first release.

My brother just hit the Bo Jackson base auto /5 from 2017...one of the few products Panini does right.
