^this. Not really a Bills or a USC fan, but I would love to see what Robert Woods could become with Jim Kelly throwing to him.

Another great LB? Wouldn't you rather bring back a great O-Lineman or a goal-line runner like Okoye or Tony Gonzalez?

Thought hard about Gonzalez. We have Charles, so no Okoye. The O-line is decent. My thinking came down to great defense can win rings. Ravens of 2000, Bucs of 2002. With the way our defense looks, I'd love to throw in one of the best pass rushers in the history of the game. That would make them the best in the league.

If I had an elite QB to pick from, I'd choose that guy. Len Dawson wouldn't cut it, and Montana was old. We are the retirement home team that takes all of the old HOFers after their prime. Montana, Marcus Allen, etc... If i could get Montana in his prime, that would be my choice. But I assume the choice means the player on your team as they were.

No, no. I am still a believer in Ponder, but lets be realistic, Tarkenton blows Ponder and many other QB's in the NFL out of the water

I'll say Ty Law to help the DB's. I never saw Mike Haynes play, but he could be an option as well.

I also considered: Stanley Morgan, Curtis Martin, Tedy Bruschi, Willie McGinest, and John Hannah.

With Ridley's fumblitis, absolutely. But, I think Ty Law can cause more turnovers than Ridley. Which, is why I went with Law.

It would make for one of the scariest LB crews in NFL history, I'll give you that!

Hmmmmm... Not Payton because of forte, not Sayers for the same reason, no tackles or guards because of long slauson bushrod and mills, no linebackers because of the talent there, so I'd say Olin kruetz in his prime, he was as good as it gets when he was in his prime. Dent would also be an option with the lack of pass rush we've had this year, maybe another wide out as well, like 2002 Marty booker, or Willie gault.

Scratch my original selection.

As a Cowboys fan, can I have Jimmy Johnson back?

I dont think the Broncos need any offense as tempting as it is to say bring Terrell Davis back. Personally I would want Steve Atwater back to bring that power from the safety position. Maybe Dennis Smith or even John Lynch but I cant think of anybody else really but Ryan Clady would be ok lol

As the only guy who could tell Jerry Jones to shove it up his ass, this is a good choice.

Reggie would be my first choice. We need a major defensive presence opposite Matthews. Sadly I never got to see Big Ray play, so I couldn't speak towards him being one of my top choices.

I am going to ahead and name th guy though: Darren Sharper. He was very, very talented. He hit like Ronnie Lott and had instincts like Nick Collins and Charles Woodson. It was a major bummer to see Darren leave the Packers.

For example, as a Packers fan, some might say the greatest Packer is Brett Favre or Bart Starr, but with Rodgers at the helm, it doesn't make sense to bring one of those guys back.

I want to hear who you would bring back and how they would help your team.

I think as a Packers fan, I would bring back Ray Nitschke. The Packers lack that mean edge that Nitschke embraced and could use some additional help at middle linebacker next to Hawk. Matthews, Hawk, Nitschke, and Perry at LB would be wicked awesome.

Waiting for the other Packer fan to name the other player who would be another toss up here and very close second IMO (hint: he is also on defense and straight DOMINATED).

Who do you got for your team?

For the Cowboys:

Cliff Harris and the old NFL rules.

Nighty-night crossing routes.

For the Chiefs:

Tony Richardson, he'd catch 100 passes in this offense and open up a lot of lanes for Charles.

That isnt a bad choice but as of now I like Julius Thomas and would rather have help on the defense because our offense is just fine. If I was going by favorites Sharpe would be top 3 for me though.
