FA adds have been locked for the offseason. Teams are free to trade once again starting now. Draft picks MAY be traded. I will post the full 10 round draft order in the OP shortly, but the preliminary order is as follows-

1. Bshea*
2. Silverandblack
3. HOF*
4. Todderfield
5. Bankdawg*
6. Firerunner
7. Dbacks
8. Hollywood
9. SC515
10. Highroller
11. Bosox
12. Corner

Todderfield and HOF tied in the final matchup, but Todder held the tiebreakers so HOF will receive the higher pick

People marked with asterisks are people I'd like to have serious conversations about replacing. I will say that Bankdawg is pretty much definitely going to be replaced at this point, though. There's not much of an argument why he shouldn't be replaced. For the other two, I'd like to have that conversation as soon as possible so any new owners have as much of the offseason as possible to adjust their team through trades

I will post an update after the MLB season ends with what prospects are over limits and have to be promoted if an owner wants to keep them, but keep that in the back of your mind when planning for your keepers. Long time until keepers are due, but there's already a few guys on minor league rosters that are over limits. Exact due dates are TBD but likely sometime in late February

Any rule changes to discuss in the offseason? I don't recall if there was anything we were waiting to talk about

I've never used league safe before, is there not an option to put it back on my paypal or my bank without paying a $5 fee?

There might be options to have them send you a paper check through the mail or something instead, I'm not sure. I didn't know they charged a fee to electronically deposit winnings. I guess it makes sense, but that's annoying

Id say just work through Paypal next year. We have a bunch of veteran members here. I would trust you to accountably hold the money throughout the season. I would also be okay with a buy in bump up....just because it makes people take the league more seriously.

I'd really like to get replacement owners set up where need be as quick as possible to give them as much time to adjust their teams and get acclimated to the league. What do we think about these guys?

Bankdawg doesn't have much of an argument that he should stay. HOF's activeness is pretty bad, but he's said repeatedly he'd like to put more effort in, but has yet to do so. Bshea has been fine in terms of activeness, but hasn't been on Blowout in like 6 months and is really difficult to contact

What are we thinking?

Bshea - keep him as is, as long as he's active I don't think he should be replaced.

HOF - Keep him on the condition of he must be active, and will be replaced after the first few weeks of the season

Bankdawg - Replace

I'm going to go ahead and approve julu to retake his team. There's really no reason for us to invite bankdawg back, and it makes a ton of sense to give the team back to julu

I think we'll keep bshea for now, though I'm interested to see if we're able to contact him at all when it comes time to pay dues, set keepers, and roll over teams for next year. If he doesn't respond then, we'll have no choice but to replace him

Still looking for opinions on HOF. I'm leaning towards saying he should have a replacement. This is 2 years now without being much active. I know he's said a lot he wants to give more time to the league, but that has still yet to happen

BO member Chris Lyle would be ready to take over HOF's team if you guys are ok with replacing him. I like HOF, and he's said he wants to spend more time in the league, but he's really been saying this since halfway through our first season. I think for the time being it would be best to get someone more active in his slot
