Love the set, but that's a pricey break given my track record of getting low level base slots.

Worth ...with the lower market saturation of sketches lately. Not sure how far deep it's worth going into, however, until we see breaks.

Zuelos - you can always join the break. I do not discriminate to those who live outside of the US.
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your offer, and indeed I'm thinking about it, and join a break for the first time!

I was talking specifically about the difficulties we have in the rest of the world to get directly to the product, via Epack, or via physical shop... The chance of joining a break is great, and makes it easier for fans around the world, but for me, a missing part of the hobby is the one that involves going to the shop, getting a hobby box, open it compulsively in the alley near the shop, cry a lot, repeat!

This is so true.

However, it's doubtful too many customers looking forward to this particular MP product are being hurt by this move (aside from those in countries not selling ePacks). Remember when before MP 2014 was released and many dealers were already selling MP at $300+ per box (50+% over msrp)? Now, if you live in the US and have a computer you will have the opportunity to buy MP 2017 directly from UD at msrp.

I also feel that this set, given its low print run and low number of cards per box, is a perfect fit for ePack. It will most likely sell out pretty quickly (maybe not as quick as MM, but I don't think it will last as long as MA -- which is still being sold 2.5 months after release. I give this set 1.5 months tops before selling out on ePack.
That was massively and an Upper deck Aauthorized Online Dealer phenomenon. You could find it for less anywhere that wasn't allowed to advertise it online.

I know that whenever I have started a hobby in the past, I usually start on the low end of it to see if it's for me. But when I do start getting into it, I have no problem moving into those higher tier products.
Fair enough. The epack system would never satisfy my desire to open packs, but I can see the appeal. In it's current format, I don't see it bringing "new" people into the hobby... not more than retail for example. If you had an android or iPhone app with more digital only free things to entice a younger generation, over the long term you might build a new generation of collectors into the hobby. Something like a combination of current epacks and the topps card trader apps.

It seems it's a good moment to remember those last three free slots in the Marvel Premier Group Case Break...

This stuff doesn't seem to limited, a few web sites seems to have plenty, bo was able get 3 for group breaks.

Seems the smaller brick and mortar were the ones hit, not bigger upper deck online retailers

Man I want that captain marvel but be excited to hit any of those.

Upper deck facebook said 5 hours ago a checklist was coming out today

Mark your calendars for July 19th. That's when you can get your own box of 2017 Marvel Premier! 5 cards per box. 1 Regular Size and 1 Over Size sketch card in every box. Keep an eye out for Marvel Busts, Hellfire Club Portraits, and Classic Art Shadowbox cards! Checklist forthcoming later today!!

Usually the volume you normally buy is factored into the allocation process, so big online retailers have a huge advantage. That said 3 cases isn't really that much, if that is all BO can get. I, sure they could have easily sold 10x that number. Hell, I think we had 7 group breaks of the last release.
