Default 2009-10 UD Retail Box..What is this card?

Pulled this out of one of the $20 retail boxes that has the guaranteed dual jersey in each box. I have opened a few of these boxes and my friend has opened over 20 and never seen one of these. I'm guessing its nothing special, but just wanted to check and make sure. Anybody that knows anything, thanks for the help!

When I was little I used to play Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh and I remember those types of cards were like the printing press thingys (obviously not a plate). They actually had some value to them too back then haha. Don't know about that one though.

I got one also, the guy from upper deck said it was just a color test-run type of card and they occassionally slip in the mix, nothing spectacular

It's the four colors of the printing plate (black, yellow, magenta, cyan) but not sure what their purpose is.

That's exactly what it is.
