UMBC!
My bracket was blown up with Arizona. Now I’m just hoping for all the upsets.

What a game. Picked a good time to watch my second NCAA game in the tournament. Also got to watch the Buffalo one yesterday.

Man, this is historic. one of the greatest upsets this year in sports. By the way, K-State just got a huge gift into the Sweet 16. One of the four #1s has gone down to a 16. Crazy. Never thought I'd see a 16 beat a 1.

I had UVA losing to Kentucky in the Sweet 16, so this one doesn't hurt the bracket too much. I'll take history like this over my bracket anytime.

I had no dog in this fight. In fact, both 2 of my 3 dogs (SFA and Texas) were already bounced. Only TCU left, and they may exit tonight.
But I was truly excited listening to the final few minutes of this game. Think it's more about basketball than being a fan of either school/conference. This is awesome for college basketball. That said, I feel awful, I mean AWFUL, for Virginia. You go from picked to win it to being remembered, for the next year at least, as the first No. 1 seed to ever lose to a 16. They had a championship slip right through their hands. May not ever be this close again.

Umbc coach should have taken air out of ball with 7 minutes
They kept shooting and missing three with 20+ on shot clock Finally figured it out and slower it down after 3 minute mark |

Not sure if it's that big. This is college basketball remember. If this were a popular sport like the NFL or NBA, possibly even MLB, then it could be up there with that. But the majority of the people in this country don't even care about college basketball. They hear basketball, they think Lebron and Stephen Curry. They don't think UVA, Zona, MSU, Duke, UNC, etc.

With Pitt being the worst major D1 program in the country this year, I was pulling for Wichita to make a long run. That clearly didn’t happen. Now I’m just hoping Duke, UNC, and Kansas go down early. I have a deep hated for all of those programs. Oh yea, and Syracuse. Screw that dirtbag Boeheim.
