Ordered mine with my Diamond Previews monthly comic order last month, pretty cool as that meant 30% off and no tax (although I think what I imagine will be a heavy book will increase my overall shipping cost a bit).

Sorry about that. I usually order right at the very end, even a day or two late, but because I don't often order anything unusual, I still get the full discount.

Book is already out ahead of the July 31 estimated date! I'm going to pick mine up after work today. Question for anyone who might know, but how does IDW obtain the rights to print images that were on Upper Deck Card stock? Did they have to obtain permission from Upper Deck or Mr. Jusko? Did they have to pay Upper Deck or Mr. Jusko for the right to produce these images in book format? I'm just curious. Thanks, all! I'm super excited!

Possible that Joe Jusko owns the images and Upper Deck got permission from him to use them or UD allowed him the rights to anything non-card related.
