Default Sorry.... What is this red refractor worth?

I hate these threads as much as the next guy so sorry. I pulled this Brandon Belt /5 last week. Card is gorgeous - perfect corners and surface. I hate sending cards for grading so I won't be doing this but it'll grade well (not experienced enough to guess).

I've had a few offers through here for this card but I have absolutely no idea what to ask for it. No eBay sales to speak of. I know it's a rarity and Bowman 1st so that drives up the price. Belt is an intriguing player too as he has 2 WS with the Giants and has been amazing at times and less amazing at other times...

Thoughts on price/what is reasonable? In a perfect world I would trade this for something for the PC and would take a hit to make that happen but I don't like trading, especially from Canada, on the boards due to the cross border etc. Let me know your thoughts!

Maybe I should wait until the Giants 2016 WS win though....

I would sell ASAP. Aren't they trying to get Posey to play 1st?

If I had to guess that's a $300 dollar card... Kid has shown up when it matters and reds are the shizz.

Idk... But if it's me I am asking 6 or 7 and hoping for 4 or better.

Ungraded I would guess may get $100 or slightly more, doubt it would get much more though as blue autos only running $50-80.

Not autographed....yes but The SF Giants have a huge fan base. Auction realistically could bring over $100 easily. Just my opinion.

Um, I know that, if I was referring to the auto'd version red, it would be much higher, and closer to the already mentioned values. I figure with 150 blue autos going for $50-80, then this is probably closer to that range, but with its /5 rarity could see it hitting $100ish, would be shocked if it got much higher.

I love these topics. They always hate posting them....Then it sounds like a sales pitch about all the great things about this player...

An auction I recall -- graded Gem Mint Sonny Gray's Red ref non auto went for 207 or so. I'd expect Belt IF graded gem to pull around the same depending on the number and means of his PCers (which I assume would be similar... Belt doesn't have the same ceiling as Sonny, but SF is a bigger better market).

Ungraded it will go for anything from 100-125 would be my guess.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say at least $175 on eBay. Graded gem it may get to $250-300

I love it. People hate these threads until they are the one that wants to make one. So freaking funny.

Have to admit that I'm not a fan of them myself but I don't see any problem with doing so on such a rare card. Besides, he already did the basic leg work himself. The ones that piss me off are the guys that are too lazy to even check Ebay themselves and just want us to do their work for them and the card has tons of completed sales or is a $5 card. That or the guys that are really only asking as a way to spam their item(s).

My favorites are the ones who get mad when you tell them a value they don't want to hear. This one is fine though as its such a rare card with very little to base off of so I can see the issue.

Yeah, this is how I feel. If it's a rare card and there aren't really finished auctions or anything for it, then it's definitely a reasonable question.

I love this too. I really enjoy the idiots that ask a question and really only want affirmation to what they already think and will attack anything that opposes it. It is fun watching the sharks swarm when that happens. No doubt we aren't always right as this very thread shows with a $50 - 300 range but I was always taught, don't ask a question if you don't want to hear the answer as well as don't ask for help and then criticize it when it is given.

Big pulls in the box break section are notorious for this. Heaven forbid someone doesn't think a 1/1 is worth a billion $$$.
