My opinion "do what you want" but if you're not informed, reasonably opinionated and are ACTUALLY doing something positive/progressive to help to find a solution... THEN "maybe" Shut the "Blank" up..

Im going to judge Kaepernick right now and I know I shouldn't because I do not know the man.. But he doesn't seems like someone investing alot time to read multiple articles/sources to get facts about incidents or looking at real statistics. TV/News is a business and a lot of the reporting isn't the whole truth when things happen. People get out raged but fail to look into the story. Im guilty of that also an try to shut my mouth if I don't know the whole story.

He should probably do the same because its really easy to get exposed.. He seemed like a humble ok young man then he blew up and seems to just be bitter in general when things got rough. Now wants to be an activist. (Shrugs.. GL)

Well, what can the NFL do? In defense of Kaepernick, it's a free country and he is entitled to his opinion by way of protest, but this is the wrong way to go about doing it.

It should be all ways though, if you do not agree with the overall position of the country, you can move, take minimum pay and all of the things that can be found elsewhere if you feel strongly. Similar to working for a company you do not like and believe in, you can always leave and work somewhere else. I would think for his sake, he is not in a position to be that guy, does Chip Kelly want to deal with him when he is not playing particularly well to begin with?

And in the middle East today, a young girl will have her genitals ripped out for sleeping with someone out of wedlock.

Can people really not see the progress our country has made? We used to make slaves eat excrement. Do people understand this?

WE are doing better. The biggest component to healing is time. Simply time. Don't get me wrong, there's a long way to go...but we are getting there.

The only problem is that Im not sure if absolute equality is enough, but I hope that it is.

People can still like where they are at and continue to try to improve it. It's not black and white like you're saying.

it is his right. Many have fought and died for that right. I disagree with it and feel it is disrespectful, but it is his right and respect that. Should he be "punished"? That would be even worse punishing him for this. That's striping him of his rights and is FAR worse than what he did.

Life is way easier if you don't care what other people, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone, do.

The Wonderlic isn't a very good predictor of how a player will do, but it is a decent judge of intelligence.

Blaine Gabbert - 42

Alex Smith - 40

Eli Manning - 39

Matt Flynn - 38

Colin Kaepernick - 38

Matt Stafford - 38

Andrew Luck - 37

Tony Romo - 37

Sam Bradford - 36

Christian Ponder - 35

Aaron Rodgers - 35

Ryan Tannehill - 34

Tom Brady - 33

Matt Ryan - 32

Matt Schaub - 31

Phillip Rivers - 30

Andy Dalton - 29

Nick Foles - 29

Drew Brees - 28

Kevin Kolb/ EJ Manuel - 28

Peyton Manning - 28

Mark Sanchez - 28

Russell Wilson - 28

Joe Flacco - 27

Obviously he's not dumb but perhaps he could have chosen a better way to make a protest
