Was on the 32nd floor of a nearby hotel and just opened up. They're saying it was a local resident and they're looking for a 62 year old female companion.

Man, they're saying 1 shooter only but listening to the videos it sure sounds like 2. Just sounds like at points there's 2 sets going off at times.

"Paddock was not known to the federal authorities, but was known to local law enforcement, according to NBC News.
He has no known connection to terrorism and police have not called the shooting a terrorist attack, according to the news agency."

Sounds like they found the person of interest that was with the shooter

My cousin's husband is out there for business.
Yesterday he gave up his seat in a connecting flight so a woman could travel with her husband.

He was planning on going to the show as he had Jake Owen play at his company event 2 weeks ago. The venue was only across the street from his hotel but he crashed because of his additional 6 hours of traveling.

He got woken up by a shelter in place call and told to stay away from the windows.

I heard audio of the machine gun firing/

Words are hard to come by right now. Just sad. I hurt when I watch the videos and hear the terror and the gunshots. This is as close to home as terrorism has been for me, and it's scary.

I'm praying for the people affected personally by this, the Las Vegas community, and my country as a whole. God bless them all.

The first word out of my mouth was ''coward'', because that's what this POS was. Just like every other terrorist that does something like this.

I think this is the question all of us want to know. We've all had bad times in our lives, we've all been angry but what happens to cause this? It had to premeditated and it never hit this maniac that he shouldn't do this? I hope the woman he lived with can provide some answers.
