Conor getting his ass handed to him was so satisfying. Especially getting floored with that overhand. He has NOTHING to offer Khabib in a fight. Total domination.

I agree. Seeing Conman getting beat like a rented mule was even better than seeing Ronda get knocked the F out. I love MMA but this fake wrestling hype is really making it hard to watch.

This man deserves a lot of respect. It's great to see this.

Lewis vs Cormier was boring AF. Lewis is not good outside of striking, No wrestling or take down defense. 1 trick pony. Blaydes should be the next challenger but UFC wants the $$$.

Blaydes is a far better opponent then Lesnar or Lewis combined. Be real though Cormier loved the Lewis fight because he knew it was a cake walk fight for a decent payday. Its the exact same thing with Lesnar easy money for Cormier hes trying to ride off into the sunset banking some dollars at low risks.

I think DC is just reaaaaaally good, he's made easy work out of a bunch of people. Outside of Jones I don't see anyone really giving him a realistic challenge. |

That's interesting when I heard Cerrone had a exciting fight already lined up for 155 I thought it was going to be Gaethje... but since hes looking to get booked with Pettis in Jan.....
I wonder who they have in mind for Cerrone for his 155 return... Now that the outrage is gone, it's funny to see that this thread is just crickets. LOL. Where are all the real MMA fans at? |

It is not fun or interesting. I like Cowboy and hate the Conman but Cowboy crumbles under the pressure of someone #@#@#@#@ talking him. Conman will have this fight won easily before they ever enter the cage.

I remember him crumbling mentally vs NAte. I still enjoyed that one. I dont recall but did he have any issues with other fighters mentally? I remember him saying he learned quite a bit from that fight from a mental approach aspect. |

I love Cerrone. He is the true definition of a fighter (meaning he is willing to take any fight on short notice or have fights two weeks within each other), but I don't think he will fare well against McGregor. And personally, I don't think McGregor is as good as everyone makes him out to be, but its just a gut feeling I have if this fight does indeed happen. It feels like the UFC sees it as a "easy" fight for McGregor so that they can starting pimping him around as their cash cow again. I hope I am wrong though and Cerrone "shocks" the world.

No clue how many tuned into Chuck vs Tito 3 last night, but man was Chuck ever slow. He looked to be in good shape so I thought he had a good shot, but he was slow to start and then sped up later in the round as he got more aggressive but left himself exposed. Luckily the 4 fights before the main event were entertaining enough to make the PPV worth watching.

Watched the Chuck fight on youtube... kinda sad.
On a brighter note... Nick Diaz is back!? Always been one of my favorites. Not a huge fan of his personality but I like his fighting style. Shame we lost such a chunk of his prime but I think he will still be "top of the food chain" talented. Hope Cerrone murks McGregor if that fight happens.

For sure. Even the under card and pre lims have some decent fights, but the last two will be awesome. Been waiting on this rematch for years.

I wouldnt say beat her to a pulp as fight didnt last long enough for that to happen But stunned Cyborg and took it to her without question Cyborg was too aggresive and tried to brawl with her too early Still think Cyborg is better fighter but was was too aggresive too early and it cost her big time I am stunned though without question Last edited by Starman101; 12-30-2018 at 12:15 AM. |
