how much would that sucker bring back right now?

being a shimmer if you can take advantage of this hot spring and unload it for a handsome profit i think that could be a smart move. if you were prospecting to flip someday, this is definitely a peak time to sell.

Uh, why don't you have immediate payment set up? Asking for trouble otherwise.

Someone can just hit the BIN, not pay, and now that listing shows up as completed and becomes a comp.

I dislike it as well.

It is in the collective bargaining agreement. It will have to be negotiated. Ownership clearly has the upper hand right now with just about everything compensation related.

He will be up in April, but I do agree with you. The CBA is brutal towards prospects.
