After reading the last few pages I am surprised but not shocked at the production increase by Topps. (thank you for the info Brent!) They have a success, they bleed it dry. Nothing new.

Good luck to all the case breakers/seller's on here. Can't wait to see what you pull!

EDIT: PICTURE ADDED
I just got a picture of one of the notices...apparently they are going back to 3/4" thick
I'm not sure how it is not rigid already and 1/4" thick, it has card, top loader, cardboard usually
and same #000 bubble mailer I've always used

AGAIN! 12! 12 different people today alone...ahhhhh
Sorry that happened, that is a huge hit to take in one day. I know the following tip is widely known and used but just in case there is anyone that doesn’t know the 3/4” thick rule, if you put a packing peanut (not the white squishy ones but the S shaped firmer ones) in the padded mailer it will be thick enough to qualify for tracking.

That sounds so......... random. You have to make the package larger and bulkier to qualify for the cheaper shipping. Sounds like something the government would come up with.

I used peanuts for 2 years then I was having damaged cards in top loaders occasionally and switched to cardboard about 2 years ago and have had zero issues
the cardboard alone should help

That was my first thought also when I started shipping cards. So odd that you have to make your package larger than necessary. Not all PO’s measure but mine does. They have a card at each register with a 3/4” slot. If the envelope goes through it’s an extra charge for tracking.

Your right, the other parameter is 1/4” thick if rigid. Only problem with this is I’ve never been able to find anyone that could tell me exactly how rigid qualifies as rigid. My biggest fear on this is that someone is in the back bending the mailers back and forth to test the rigidity lol.

*oh, and everyone saw what Judge actions did or even Belly, so prospecting on these to hold or grade is higher than ever
exactly!

my raw Benny that came back PSA 10 from you was $20? maybe less lol

one more example of the postage issue...package had multiple cards in top loaders with cardboard
has different note on very bottom on bubble mailer

addresses removed as well as tracking

postal link here almost sounds like they don't want bubble mailers anymore if not thicker

If the mailpiece is a machinable parcel under 201.7.0 and no more than 3/4 inch thick, the contents must be prepared in a strong and rigid fiberboard box or similar container or in a container that becomes rigid after the contents are secured. The parcel must be able to maintain its shape, integrity, and rigidity throughout processing and handling without collapsing into a letter-size or flat-size piece.

according to usps.com it is anything non bendable, non machinable
my own post office told me a top loader was enough and seems to have up til now
but again, some of the packages had multiple loaders,up to 7 cards plus cardboard

I swore you made offer on the Benny to combine it, haha, but regardless, I know they dropped after release, then took off again after that
you still have it?

USPS is off to a bad start this year. I’ve heard more issues the first 2 months of ‘18 than the last 2 years combined. Speed has been a major issue in some areas also. Seems the only thing consistent is their inconsistency. Good luck with future packages, I know your about to send out a crapload this week and don’t really have time to deal with stuff like this that shouldn’t happen.

i know that i personally would like to own a Devers Action.
i also know i am not willing to pay $30+ for it
i also know that with the 1:36 and Ohtani Tax, i am priced out of Action Devers

its almost to the point where i'd be better off buying it in 2020 if he turns out to be any good, paying more, and if he's a bust, saving a bunch of funds
But, if you just really want a Devers Action, why not just hunt one on eBay or spring the $35-$40 for one and be done ?

42-47 is too much after grading? Dang, how did you go about buying anything in your picture up there or did you “find them on the ground”?
