Default Judge + Stanton = 100+HRs in 2018?

Simple question, do you guys think they will combine for 100 Homers in 2018?

I hope I can eat my words, but I don't see Judge hitting more than 25 home runs this year and unless Stanton hits 75 they won't come close to combining for 100 or more.

I would LOVE to see them both push 60, be a Modern Day Bash Brother Combo and have that be the headline at the end of the year can they push one another to 62?

Judge can bat .200 and still hit 40+ HR (see: Joey Gallo). So the question is, do you think Stanton can hit 55-60 ...

And still lose to the reigning world champions who score more runs, play better defense, and pitch better, all while striking out MUCH less.

(I voted yes, btw)

Lol y’all are buggin. I hate the stankees but I can see them averaging 100. Maybe juuuuust shy. Maybe just over. Stanton hit 59 playing half his games in Miami.

Trying to look up most by teammates, I think this is a correct list-

Yankees 1961- 115/61/54
Giants 2001- 110/73/37
Yankees 1927- 107/60/47
Cardinals 1998- 101/70/31
Rangers- 2002- 100/57/43

Cardinals 1999- 99/65/34
Rangers- 2001- 99/52/47
Mariners- 1998- 98/56/42

Never would have guessed the Rangers would show up twice on the top 7

Lol, every one of those teams besides the Yankees and (maybe) Mariners are there because of steroid guys.

If he stays healthy

I can see him hitting 40-50 easy. Guy is so big

But he will strike out 225 times.

Last year he had some of the most interesting stats I have ever seen

I looked up those Ranger teams, because I couldn't pull the teammate with such high HR numbers off the top of my head, after ARod. Of course, it was Palmeiro.

But what caught my attention was the #3 leader in HR's, in 2002...

Herbert Perry? 22 HR's? Herbert??? Perry????
I like to think I'm a pretty big baseball fan with a good memory, but, I've literally never heard of this guy. He hit 55 HR's over a 9 yr career, with 22 of them coming in 2002, at the age of 32. Gotta love baseball.

I'm going with 40-45 each. Close, but no cigar. Oh and Bird tacks on another 35, and Sanchez adds 30.

Haha, I probably have a couple autographed baseballs of Herbert Perry from his Indians days!
