If you have twitter, you can make them aware there...they tend to respond when you post about it.

I got an email about the incorrect paperwork fees that I posted here about the other day. They emailed me less than 2 hours after I posted here with a credit. I never had a chance to call them

Haha I thought the exact same thing - I know you were more than helpful back in the day

Hey, thanks...that's nice to hear. It feels like I spent the better part of my time at COMC either putting out fires or making them bigger...both vaguely successfully.

Does anyone know why some scanned cards just look awful? i think it is usually in top loaders where I see this problem. I think this is happening more often now.

It is just funny to me that a card listed for 800 dollars looks like it was scanned using something from the 90's.

Some quick takes from my latest submission that started going live this week. These were all in "current year" processing as I tried to squeeze in the last of 2016-17 basketball before the deadline.

Only 2 weeks since shipping, about one-third already live.
Haven't been hit with the reject batch (yet)
A couple live cards had condition notes. Doesn't look like I was charged extra.
One card had a Poor to Fair grade assigned

Is there a phone number that works right now? Every time I've called the past couple weeks, I get a message saying they're having issues with their phone lines. I need to get a withdrawal expedited, and they've been really good lately about doing the withdrawals quickly. But I'd feel better if I could actually reach somebody, and as mentioned, the e-mail address isn't always so quick.

Not sure why I even doubted them. They’ve been phenomenal in my experiences lately. Already sent my money.

Is there a problem with offer percentages not working anymore? I just had an offer from somebody for 2 of my cards that together is 109.99, and the offer was 49.75. My minimum offer percent is 82%, how the heck did I receive a more than 50% off offer?

They have been great getting withdraws done quickly. I submit it and then follow up with a nicely worded email...and within a hour or two it is done...can't ask for much more than that....well...except for not being whacked for 20 percent....I guess we are paying for that great service.

The offer percentages seem to be working fine.

Maybe just a temporary glitch in the system.

If it happens again, I'd inform COMC.

I had a few cards get flagged for condition notes, was only 2 and both were decent cards so I decided to have them reprocessed at the “Select” rate but not only does it bump the cards up to a 60 cent fee, you get charged $1 for upgrading the service. Anyone else notice this?

Select has a minimum submission, so they charge you for that.

Here's a new one.

I have an order that's already had 200+ cards processed. I get an e-mail last night showing eight damaged cards after six weeks of possession. I'm sure it's legit.

Anyone seeing increased Amazon sales lately? 3 out of my last 7 sales have been through Amazon, which is very odd for me.
