Default Missing card

Have any of you bought boxes and had them broke online. And received the package missing a card. I did a best of basketball 3 box break. Hit a national treasures Giannis patch auto (second year) and got my package and the card was not in there. Neither was the Magic Johnson base card.

Have you contacted the breaker? Who was the breaker?

Yes. He said all were shipped together. Which is not the case. He said he’s checking into it. Don’t want to call his name out until I get a resolution. Out of respect for the site

Hopefully it is a case of a mistake being made and the cards being sent to the wrong person and eventually making their way to you.

They are saying it was sent and with the others. Which it wasn’t. Then they said I should file a claim with ups. What do they have to do with this ? The package wasn’t tampered with. The card is NOT in the package. It seems like I’m getting screwed. It was only a 150 dollar card. Pretty pathetic. Spent 3k in 2 weeks there buying cards. Will never buy from them again.

So what is the point of this thread? If you are asking if any breaker has made a mistake, the answer is yes.

If you read the first statement I asked if anyone has received a package with missing cards. Thanks for your valued opinion however

since you are not buying from them again, who is it so others can see if they have had the same issue with this person

See now we are getting somewhere. I personally will never deal with them again either. I saw them at a show two years ago where their employee kept advertising that they will match the same price as any other vendor at the show for any box. I found a vendor with an $80 box of what I wanted however he only had one left. When I walked over the the SCC booth, I showed him a photo of the $80 marked box, and asked if I could buy 3 of his at that price (they marked theirs at $95). Guy told me no, he would never sell it that low. When I questioned his "advertising campaign", he told me, "Sorry tough luck, maybe you should go buy the boxes elsewhere. can you please get away from my booth?" I messaged them on Facebook the next day about the issue, and never received a response

They don't care. Worst customer service I have seen when it comes to this hobby.

I’ve done breaks with them and it’s always been ok but at the same time there is nobody you can say you can trust 100% except blowout, firehand and cards infinity.

so i got an email this morning saying they have proof it was sent my the weight of the package. so i politely asked for the video showing the weight so i could weigh what i received and they ignored me, then after many attempts to get an answer they said that they wont help me. so i went on the live break website to tell the guy i needed a resolution, the guy said no then blocked me, it tells me all i need to know, they are liar and unethical, i will file a claim with BBB and dispute my charges on credit card.

Yep, that would be me.

I have not received any Emails like this, so I would assume it was Ben, our other breaker, or our account manager, that you talked to.

I'm not 100% sure how he processes orders, but if the order was all broken at the same time, it would go out together.

If you'd like to PM me your name and/or order number for it, I'd be glad to see what I can do.

U should also post a picture of the cards missing so in case someone spot it elsewhere like on eBay or forum. Maybe it was mailed to the wrong person which I'm sure happens where there's so many packages mailed out daily

Well they really pigeon holed themselves with the weight comment. They don't provide that after saying they did have it it all goes downhill from that.

Making YOU file a claim with UPS tells you everything.
