I suggest using an escrow (sending to a trusted third party who will disperse packages once both are received) whenever dealing with items over $100.

"I TAKE ALL OFFERS INTO CONSIDERATION SO MAKE AN OFFER !!!!"

Well no **** he'll take all offer into account, he's not into them for much in the first place.

This is brazen and sickening guys, I just cannot believe how this has all transpired. This guy is flipping you all off by selling your stuff on eBay thinking he's untouchable. Unreal.

I do not know what the local authorities can/will do, but I would CERTAINLY file a mail fraud clam via the USPS. I had something happen back in 2000 that made me go this route and 6 months later I received a check and a letter of apology from the scammer. Can't hurt to file police reports and mail fraud claims, especially since mail fraud is a federal offense, isn't it??

I understand, and I too was leery about trading over the internet, However this is the exception and not the rule. This guy is the scum of the earth.

We have seen lots of threads about bad deals, and even a Group break gone bad, but 99% of the time in some fashion they always get worked out. I suggest that anyone with 10 itrader or less you make them send first.

We may want to see if Blowout is open to putting a symbol on new users that prohibits them in some way unless they send first for the first 10-20 transactions.

Report to eBay and notifying the police is the best way.

Tell eBay he is selling items that are stolen. Ask to speak to the internet crimes division of your local police station and see if they can do anything. Call his local police station and see if he can do anything.

Maybe the sh!thead finally figured out that "yes we do look at ebay". Moron just thought he was gonna steal and put it on the most known selling site on the internet and no one would notice. Idiot.

hes probably just buying time, trying to make you think he is going to do right, and that way he can push these sales thru on ebay. Sounds like someone should call ebay and or paypal and alert them of this by calling them(write down names of people you've talked to or messages youve left). If EBAY and/or Paypal decide to ignore your complaints and you can prove your case, than they also can be held liable in allowing stolen goods to be sold with direct knowledge. Pursue this... otherwise your just letting him defeat all of you.

I'm sorry, but with this guy listing on eBay this looks like nothing more than stalling for time so his auctions can end and he then disappears. I'd be filing a report wherever I could right now....seems the time for negotiations has passed when he started trying to sell all your stuff.

Based on the auction prices, it would be grand theft I believe.

WHY are these items still "live" if you all have been reporting them as stolen? Are you kidding me??

I have been Emailing Yanks for the past week. He sent me a Dc number. This is what he is sending me to re place the Deion Sanders Auto Jersey and the Howie Long Patch Jersey. I want your guys opinion if this is a good deal.

Im sending you back the Spiller, Kidd & Schmidt. Plus adding these with a SV that equals our original agreement:
2 Tyler Seguin Young Guns
1 Magnus Pajaarvi Young Guns
1 Bobby Orr Header
35 Bowman draft/Chrome Madison Bumgarner RC cards

Plus I added 3 extras for you maybe you can get a little extra out of. What I did add was a Griffey auto but it is very faded, plus some locals for you. Also Keep the Bumgarners, my apologies for everything. I'll have tracking later.

He gave me the Dc number today. Will keep you guys updated. He said his partner already sold the Sanders and Long. I have NO idea about hockey so are these any good?

Please tell me you are not going to accept that... I don't know anything of hockey but either way that's insane of him to do that. What a tool.
