So just to update this, turns out her appointment went better than we had all expected. So she doesn't need to fly back down to Seattle at the start of this year.

We'll be flying down to Seattle in June though..... To watch the Mariners! Just bought our plane tickets yesterday. She's been given another 4 months before she has to visit our cardiologist here.

June can't come soon enough, Felix says he's excited to see her again

I've always responded to people if they would be interested in selling or trading for the Felix cards. I have pretty poor luck convincing most, so I'll do the same with you.... What do you need for it?

Sad story... We got an email from Make-A-Wish, they wanted Sophia to run the bases for M's opening day as a honoree. We were so excited to do that, but the M's marketing department decided she was too young right now.

I totally understand the reasoning though, they don't want her to lock up or break down in front of 40,000 fans on opening night lol

Heres a new video that we just shot a few weeks ago. They are doing a Miles drive, where they have people donate mileage to Make-a-Wish to help kids go on their Wish trips.

She had a good time shooting it, today we are meeting up with Make-A-Wish to answer phones for people donating.

I think they misheard us in thereporting for the video, it says she's had 5 open heart surgeries, it's only been 2, but it's been 5 heart procedures

Anyhow, I don't know how to imbed the video, so here is the link. Thanks for looking!

Yes, it's the original footage but they made it into a news story to promote the Make A Wish mileage drive

We're actually heading down to catch a few games in June, hopefully we'll get a chance to meet with him again

I thought of you guys when I did a clubhouse tour during FanFest. We walked by, what I'm assuming is Felix's locker cause his jersey was in it, and I said "Hey, where's the picture of Sophia?" He probably took it home for safe keeping. Best wishes to her and let me see if I can dig up some Felix cards for her.
