With that said, some people take it too far, and from a human perspective, people only remember the bad and sometimes need to be reminded of the good.[/QUOTE]

I appreciate your reply, it was very well done. However, none of it justifies anything that I typed.

You have literally contributed NOTHING to the success of the team. The Patriots football team as they are, would dominate if there were NO fans in the stands wearing gear or buying tickets. I'm sure your SUPPORT of the team is appreciated by them, your buying of gear and memorabilia is appreciated by vendors and the team, etc. etc. But when the ball is put into play, the Patriots football team controls their own destiny. While you are entitled to applaud them, root for them, buy their gear - you literally have done nothing that affects the outcome of the game. Jinxes and superstitions are included in this. But it doesn't matter - what will be, will be.

I appreciate your opinion, but no fans = no professional sports.

No fans in the stands = no income = no money to sign players = no team to play = no success.

I understand where you're coming from though, but I like to think that in some small way, my season ticket holder status has helped to fund the talented professionals to do what they do.

Just coming back in to re-up on Mike Mitchell. I REALLY hope he isn't a Steeler next season.

Not "hate" but dislike--Jeff George & Cecil Collins, two head cases oozing with talent, such a waste.

Probably the Boz ... Brian Bosworth ... Bo took care of that for me ... Hollywood Henderson was the biggest goof on Dallas ...

Jeff George would have to be way up on my list. He was not an easy man to get along with from what I have heard repeatedly over the years.

90's - Troy Aikman
2000's to Present - Tom Brady

If I had to choose between the two, I would say Aikman, but he don't get most hated in a landslide.

Carolina would be a very likeable team if not for Cam Newton.

I could have also picked Kaep, but he's not an active player.

Yeah, I'm with you there. He seems like a genuinely awesome person in addition to being a HOF talent on the field.

Probably Suggs. But Ray Lewis is a close 2nd. And 3rd is a bit of a surprise... I really did not like Jerome Bettis in his playing days

Absolutely disagree with you about Brees. But absolutely agree with you about Sean Payton. Dude's a whiny little prick.
