Angry Sniff, sniff...smells like Panini.

Ok, so I know the routine...you get a factory damaged card, you contact them they give you a case# and you send back the original package along with the invoice for a replacement...the replacement comes in about 6months. So, what happens if you don't have the invoice. I sent an email to Panini America to ask, it took over a month to get a response. They told me to send a business card from the store I purchased the card from. This is the funny part, the length of time it took Panini to respond the company/store I purchased the card from had enough time to find a new store, pack their cards, move, unpack and reopen.
