Default help with ebay

Im about to sell alot of my old cards on ebay and I was wondering how it works. I have a paypal and ebay account and was wondering when do you have to pay the fee's. I know they take a certain percentage out after the auction is concluded, but i was wondering if they take the money out right after the auction is done or when the buyer has paid me. Any help would be appreciated.

it's like a cycle. basically at the end of the month ebay will deduct the accumulated fees from the "cycle" from your paypal account. also keep in mind that paypal takes a fee also and that fee is instant. hope this makes sense

thanks for your quick reply, do you know how much paypal charges, it seems like in the end their taking like 25 percent total of the cost.

paypal takes 2.9% + .30. in most cases between paypal and ebay fees you typically lose about 11-12 percent of what you sell the card for.

look it up in your paypal account. everything's there... and ebay's fees & payments are easy to find as well.

So if I sold a item for $25 pay pal would take 2.9% of that, plus 30 cents. Then bay would take their percentage of the $25 sale?

Sorry one more question, so paypal takes the 2.9% when someone transfers me the money for something they bought. Do i have to have that money in my account. Since they will be transfering me money and I will have that money in my paypal at the time of transfer wont it be like deducted from that amount.

When the buyer pays you, paypal takes their cut from that, you get what is left
