You should definatly tell topps. I have bought a lot of Platinum and everybox always had the patch and those are the nice cards.

My box was missing a patch auto when it came out, so I sent them the box ups, wrappers, a letter, and the packs, and they sent me a chris wells reebok logo patch auto. They'll take care of you.
