Kap is finding that out and doesn't seem capable of grasping the reality of it.

There is absolutely no doubt that there is collusion on the part of all teams in not signing Kaepernick. This is a certainty. However, this particular collusion is not for nefarious reasons. Colin has become such a polarizing figure that no team wants to deal with the certain media distraction as well as the possible locker room controversy. This really isn't hard to figure out.

I saw this on twitter and it made a lot of sense...
“In what other profession can you perform your job terribly, ruin the entire companies brand, quit(opt out) and then demand a job within the same company/sue them? Ridiculous.” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Weeden wasn't signed to play. Mariota is playing tonight, and if he finishes healthy, Weeden will be cut tomorrow. So Weeden will have had 1 week backing up the backup, and 1 week as the third-string inactive. |

So when the Ravens and others teams were publicly discussing signing him that was all for show? You can believe or think there was collusion but unless you have some actual real life proof you cannot know with certainty. I don't believe there was collusion but there is no way I can know for sure. I believe that as stated by many in this thread teams didn't want the distraction. Edit: Not nefarious collusion? What other type of collusion is there?

The textbook definition of collusion is a coordinated effort between all teams to avoid signing a player. In terms of Kaepernick this is not really the case. However it doesn't take much work to believe that every single team in the NFL looked at Kaepernick and decided nope, not worth the distraction. Did they all sit down and agree on this together? No way. But are all they all actively of the same opinion? Absolutely yes. |

I would be shocked if Kap could find some hard evidence for collusion. I don't the level of proof needed, i.e. "More likely than not". It is clear that a few owners won't sign him no matter what and the others seem to be following. The owners seem to have a silent agreement that will be hard to prove collusion. Now with legal action, if owners weren't signing him before, now they will not sign him out of spite.

I am of the opinion that there somewhere is evidence of collusion, that it's unlikely Kap's side will get ahold of that.

It will have to be proven that two or more teams agreed to keep Kaep out of the league. Sounds like he's scraping the bottom of the barrel. And why not throw Trump into the mix! |

Weeded was a 3rd string Qb
Doing third string responsibilities What makes people think Kap would take 3rd strong $ and only do responsibilities of 3rd stringer Do you want fans to dislike your team over 3rd stringer |

Agree, every employer has the right to not hire someone if they believe adding that person could make the workplace more hostile or tense for everyone |

It's not that hard at all to understand for any businessman. Weeden was signed for 775k while Kaepernick still wants to be paid close to his 13 million a year with the Niners that he opted out of. There also is a flaw in your court drama as the prosecution could just say Blaine. Gabbert. who outperformed Colin for his job before any of the distractions started |

Is this still going to court or has a judge wiped his rear with it yet?
