I tried watching it, but I couldn't get though the monologue even though I'm a fan of Danica. I recorded it, so I'll speed watch it later.

The struggles that Jim Kelly is going through with squamous cell hit very close to home for me. I can only imagine what he and his family are going through right now. My Dad was diagnosed with Ameloblastic Carcinoma in 2010 which like squamous is a very rare form of cancer that affects the cells in the jaw bone, the cancer is gone thank goodness, but what he went through including three surgeries, I wish for nobody to have to go through. My Dad will celebrate his 75th birthday next month and he is happily living a fulfilling life.
I really root for Jim Kelly to pull through.

I've never had the pleasure of meeting Jim Kelly; but I have spent a lot of time reading about him, his son Hunter, his charities, football camps and businesses. I truly and sincerely hope that there is a better life beyond this one because a man like this one deserves every bit of immortality God can offer. Jim Kelly is a reminder to every single person on this forum that they can do better.

Deflategate was their cyanide pill for the North Eastern part of the U.S. Lost millions of viewers on that one. Serves them right.

No.. no one is watching the ESPYs at all. People will probably watch Jim Kelly's speech after the fact on youtube but I think the ESPYs is all but extinct

I saw about 3 minutes of it since there's nothing on right now.
It was the skit with John Michael Higgins. It was embarrassingly pathetic. Amazing how ESPN can continually out-terrible themselves. |

I am going through the same thing Jim Kelly has and it sucks,35 radiations and chemo but the good news is yesterday it was gone, but now I got thyroid cancer but like my doctor at U of M said its a simple procedure and its gone with about maybe a week of staying there,so far as someone who never dealt with even going to a hospital the doctors and nurses have been wonderful and made me feel good,my wife, daughters though and some friends have been the MVP's helping me out including one guy from here as he helped me set up at shows even though I shouldnt of been doing them, but I had to have a escape,as sitting at home was so boring even though my 2 dogs loved it.
I admire Jim Kelly and the 4 F's he is 100% correct
