Has anyone ordered from Star Wars Authentics directly??

If you buy a signed 8x10 or 11x14 on there, does it come rolled up or in a toploader?

Ugh.... Stupid promo code for 10% off from the new 2020 star wars authentics 8x10 series 2 wasn't working on Thursday, and I wanted to buy two pics... Customer service replied in Friday wanting more info, so I replied back, didn't hear anything, so I bought the pictures over the weekend since they only had 3 left....

Now customer service replied that the promo code was expired.... Nope, sent a picture of the card that said it expires 10/31/20.... Probably to late since I bought the pictures already, (they did sell the remaining one).... But so frustrating....(even if it is only $20)

The good : Customer service refunded me the $20 that I would have saved with the discount code

The bad : I got my package today, and instead of 2 photos, there was only one.... Ugh....

Emailed them and I guess I'll see what happens tomorrow

just wanted to update that customer service was great, shipped out my missing photo that same day and I received in two days
