Default Another Ebayer listing a card in my possession?

I recently picked up a 2018 Donruss Elite Drew Brees Auto 09/10 on Blowout. Before listing I wanted to search to see if anything similar sold. I was surprised to find another listing for what appears to be the exact same card, same numbering and the autos look identical to me. I know there have been instances of the cards with the same numbering showing up but I think this is the same exact card.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2018-DONRUSS-DREW-BREES-AUTO-9-10-JERSEY-1-1-ELITE-SERIES-AUTOGRAPH-RARE/253972196945?hash=item3b21ec2e51:g:~RQAAOSwmBhb4Q7F:rk:1f:0

I did a little research and looks like same card was listed and ended on 9/24

It even looks like the same scan.

Here's my listing

I messaged the seller to ask if they have the card in hand as I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'd like to get some other opinions.

Thanks!

Bob....

If it's all from the same person my guess is either ebay glitched and relisted (happens to me at times) or he forgot to delete it from his ended listings and bulk relisted it (I've also done that too).

I guess we'll know if/when he responds to your message.

That glitch is annoying, and seems to be happening even more often.

I heard back from the other person. They said their card was really 01/10 and they changed their listing. Interestingly enough the pic is still 09/10.

Heh. In that case, they stole your pic. People do that all the time because they're too lazy to take their own. It doesn't make sense to do that on a numbered card though. Or really any card, since condition matters.

I have people steal my pics constantly for movie and video auctions I do. It's why you see big sellers put their logo or a watermark on all their pics.

Report them, unless its a stock photo you can have the listing removed fro copyright violations. I have done it several times.

I did not know that, people reuse my photos all the time. Definitely going to start reporting.
