if everyone doesn't mind, when you recommend a movie please let us know where/how you saw it. netflix, movie theater, amazon, youtube, blockbuster if you have a time machine, etc.

He who walks behind the rows.

Malachi and that other twerp are dickheads still. I always wanted them to remake that movie. I think they have had a few low budget sequels.

I can honestly say that how much I enjoyed the first one, I've never watched any of the sequels. Don't think I'd want to.

I would love to see a remake of this. I've been hoping for awhile they'd reboot it. Just an all around great horror movie.

I just watched the Dad from family ties and Jaimie Kennedy team up in Tremors part 5 on Netflix... I loved part 1..parts 2 and 3 were crap and I never saw part 4... that being said it was rated 4 out of 5 stars so I checked it out. Not bad .. It takes place in South Africa where everything is "bigger and badder".. I will leave it at that.

Anyone here seen Bone Tomahawk? If so what were your thoughts? I actually enjoyed it, had a pretty good cast and decent gore, although I can understand why some people might be put off by it...

I had just gotten done watching one movie last night on netflix when I saw this so watched it. I would replace the word fantastic with just alright. Everyone has different opinions but when I read fantastic I was expecting so much more.

Poltergeist: Good take on a classic, GF & I enjoyed it.
Insidious 3: While not as good as 1 & 2 it is still a good movie and fits in well with the first two.

They are watchable but nothing great. I think Insidious 3 is better than the Poltergeist remake. If you have never watched the original Poltergeist you might like i more than I did.

I'm an 80's baby so I grew up on poltergeist and the sequels. The preview made it look good. I enjoyed insidious 1 and 2 in theaters but don't have much expectations going in the third.

The Taking of Deborah Logan and Creep. Two great flicks that I believe are both currently available on netflix.

I have read differing opinions about it, some love it, some just kinda like it. I think my opinion is skewed a bit by some of the rancid poop i've seen lately. it was a nice surprise for me, i expected another stinker.

Anyone ever see "The Strangers" (2008)? Good lord this was a good film and watching it alone at night will drive you bonkers looking out your window lol.

Enjoyed the movie, but holy crap was that scene in the cave brutal. The realism of it made me cringe.

I grew up in the early 80s as well and loved the late night horror movies like Chopping mall and Slumber party massacre.

Not really horror, but an excellent thriller was "The Gift" (2015). We watched it last week ... solid film.

I watched Crimson Peak last week - it wasn't scary, but I enjoyed it.

I thought The Gift was mediocre. Although I do love Jason Bateman and thought he did an excellent job. The whole premise of the movie was a bit weak for my liking.

I was excited for this movie until I read the reviews and realized it wasn't really a "scary" movie. Supposedly a lot of incest and somewhat drawn out. Needless to say, I never went and saw it, but chances are I'll get sucked in and rent it when it comes out.

I'm counting down to Krampus. It's gonna be so bad it's good.
