The finalized list of signers should be completed in the coming weeks. Will post it here as soon as I have confirmation.

Awesome hopefully he's included, his character stole the show for me.

I also noticed a rather lengthy cameo from an a list celebrity but I doubt we'll see him in this

UpperDeckMatt... how will the rip cards work on ePack? Will we have to send them home to "rip" them or will they come ripped on ePack?

I'm going to guess that rip cards won't be on epack.

They will be on e-Pack, but I don't believe we will have an option to "rip" them. You will need to have them transferred to you in order for them to be ripped.

dist pricing at $68.75 on this. Much lower then previous Marvel Movie releases...wonder why? No complaints though.

Maybe a response to a bit of consumer pushback on high pricing of recent “premium” Marvel movie sets. Neither GotG2 or Spidey:Homecoming really took off with collectors at the hobby level and both sets are struggling on ePack.

One of BO's competitors has this set listed for pre-sale, with a stated release date of 12/13.

Some interesting things... there are both 8-box and 16-box cases (so I assume the 16-box case is made up of two inner 8-box cases). Based on the 16-box case, and lower per box distributor pricing, it looks like these 16-box cases were kept at roughly the same price as the previous few sets 12-box cases, resulting in a roughly 25% lower per box cost.

Also mega interesting is the makeup of each box according to the other site:
One Sketch Card Per Box
One Actor Autograph Per Box
One Memorabilia or Dyson Rip Card Per Box

So instead of 2 memorabilia cards and 1 other hit, for this set we get both a sketch card and actor auto per box! That seems amazing, especially combined with the lower box price!

However, that probably means a much larger auto list than the previous Thor sets, probably a lot like Spider-Man Homecoming. I'm thinking we are going to see a bunch of random gladiator autos. Just hope there are a decent number of big actor autos so that you get at least a couple per 16-box case.

THis is not exactly how I interpret it. The line from UD is:

(3) Hits (Sketch, Memorabilia, Actor Autograph, Dyson Rip Card) in Every Box!

Then they say:

Sketch Cards - Unique 1-of-1 original hand drawn sketch card from top artists!
Memorabilia Cards - Authentic material used in production of the movie! At least (1) in Every Box!
Single & Dual Actor Autographs - Standard auto cards as well as unique and thematic Grandmaster’s Prized Possessions Actor Autos, with strands of chain embedded in the cards!
NEW! - Dyson Rip Cards - Break open these cards (some SP #’d to 15, some SSP #’d to 5) to reveal a mini card inside! Along with regular mini cards, find comic creator and actor autographs! (1) Dyson Rip Card in Every Box! (on average)

SO I read one memorabilia card and one rip card per box. The third hit could be any of the above.

He isn't quoting UD

He is quoting the competitor site.

UDMatt, which is correct?

I'd guess most boxes will yield 2 memorabilia 1 rip card.

1 Dyson card and 1 relic card per box.

1 additional hit (Dyson, Relic, Sketch, Auto) per box.

Total of 3 per box. Hope that makes more sense

Thanks for the info Matt, can you by any chance give the amount on average of auto's per 8 or 16 box case?

Yes approx autos and sketches per case would be helpful in placing my pre orders

Also, I've now seen the movie. What the hell is dyson? I assumed when it was announced there would be dyson rip cards it had something to do with the movie. It doesn't, unless I completely missed something

The distribution of autos and sketch cards are currently unknown. We are still waiting for some autos to be returned as well as finishing up some outstanding deals.

The Dyson Card was something I had been fiddling with for a while. It is a nod to a Dyson Sphere theorized by Freeman Dyson. I first learned about it in one of my theoretical physics classes in college, but the most popular reference to it was in an episode of Star Trek. Ironically and coincidently, the Production designer even referred to Muspelheim as a Dyson Sphere drawing it's energy from a dying star.

Agreed, not knowing if there will be an auto per box makes me stay well clear of this product.

100% there will not be

Upperdeckmatt said 1 relic, 1 rip card, and then one additional hit per box
If there was an auto per box it would be taking the place of that additional hit per box

Most boxes will prob be 2 mem and rip card or even worse mem and two rip cards

I'd figure a 1:4 box ratio on auto/sketch to mem /rip card boxes

Really depends on the signer checklist but I'd like to get a few boxes of this.

Looking like a slaughter fest then. Staying well clear of this one.

For me hits are autographs, sketches and relics. Any configuration that doesn't allow for a combination of those 3 hits a box is a hard pass from me. I'm still pissed after buying 3 boxes of Guardians 2 from my local shop only to find 2 memorabilia in each box. Even the shop owner was disgusted. One of my worst non sport experiences. Not going through that again. Spider-Man Homecoming say what you will about the value and quality of signers, at least there was 3 hits. The price was the problem with that set. So I guess at the very least we can be happy they learned to lower the price if the product isn't up to snuff.
