I've managed to get my Topps Chrome/Bowman Best cards into standard top loaders and 35 pt magnetics. The top loaders were sometimes a bit of a tight squeeze... Is it worth it to switch them to 55 pt top loaders? How much damage can be caused once they're in place? These are the parallels/autos.

Also, the magnetic seemed like a good fit, though I've since read about the dangers of scratching. Is it worth switching to another size even if they wont be moved much?

Edit: These are baseball cards, but should be sized the same, I would think.

I know it's baseball but what toploader would fit the relics from Allen & Ginter? 75 pt?

Do they make top loaders for the National Treasures Leather and Laces football cards? Or even one touches for these cards?

In my opinion, you want a little room. Why would you want the magnetic pressed down on the card? Over time, the card surface may get stuck to the plastic. Similar to what used to happen to old screw-downs. But if you want a magnetic that smashes your card, Pro-mold makes a 20pt magnetic.

Our 20 point is for regular trading cards, like Topps standard issue trading cards, that are 16-18 point. Our 20 point will not smash your card if you put the right cards in there.

For cards a little thicker than 20 point, we have a 50 point. A 35 point will hold up to two regular trading cards, and many collectors do not want their regular cards moving around that much, so that is why we have a 20 point that is much closer to a regular card size.

Well, yes, of course. That can be said for any magnetic. Most cards nowadays will not sit well in the 20pt. The 20pt seems more for the early era cards that were very thin. Modern cards, I would recommend 35pt or above.

And by the way, I wasn't bashing your company. I hope you didn't take it that way. I actually prefer Pro-Mold magnetics over Ultra Pro magnetics.

They don’t do penny sleeves. They do resealable plastics/flaps for cards.

Hello,

I would like to know which toploaders size fits for these collections:

2018-19 Panini Revolution - Autographs - Infinite /25
2017-18 Panini National Treasures - Hometown Heroes /99

Thank you!

FYI, they now make Ultra Pro Magnetic for the Topps Chrome Mini's and they look great in them. I know a lot would get the minis graded so they look clean in the graded card holder but these are a great solution to that.

I know its couple years old but dang it was still going till a month or two ago lol.
This helped me a ton coming back o collecting.

Do everyone use 35pt one touch for all prizms? or 55pt w sleeve in front? how bout the sticker auto prizms? 35pt ok?
same w bowman chromes and topps chrome?
Origins RPA sizes? 100pt? 130pt?
Contenders rc ticket autos? 35pt?
Does anyone sell sleeves thats like a film only? without the pocket and a film type sleeve to put in front of one touch. Or do u guys just cut it?

thank you!

Have you guys had any issues with using the magnetic one touches for select die cut cards? I have a couple of 2017 football die cut select cards sleeved in top loaders that I would like to move to 35 point magnetic one touches, but am concerned that the top/bottom points of the cards could wear from the card moving up and down within the holder

My suggestion for this problem (I do this for tobacco and off size cards all of the time) is put the card in a penny sleeve (preferably one that is larger than needed, like 180pt or thicker) and snap it in between the layers of the mag holder.

It should keep it in place, protect the surface of your card and is not visually disruptive at all.
