Ryan Tannehill still signing for Panini?

Anyone know the situation with Ryan Tannehill signing for Panini?

His autos in 2017 NT are repacked cards from previous years. His 2016 NT autos are stickers, and the cards that should be hard-signed (Colossal Patch Autos) are redemptions which still aren't live.

The most recent on-card autos I can find are from 2016 products (Impeccable, Immaculate etc) that would have been signed in late 2015 / early 2016.

Did he stop signing two years ago and Panini are just flushing out the stickers?
