Default Weight loss

I am proud to announce that today I have hit my second weight loss goal which was 200 pounds. I have lost 45 pounds in 101 days. My current weight is the lowest I have weighed in 10 years. If I lose one more pound it will be the lowest I have weighed in 20 years. I am starting a new weight loss goal today of 15 additional pounds which would bring me down to 185.

Congrats!

Now you can see your jewels and junk when you look at your feet! Your penis thanks you!

All kidding aside, that's one hell of an accomplishment and took some discipline. The real trick now is keeping it off and sticking to your plan.

Grats Corbin,

If you keep it up you start feeling a lot better about yourself. Noticed that right off the bat.

Keep it up. That is the hardest part.

The toughest part is going to be at least maintaining next week while I'm in Disney World during the food and wine festival. Have you seen the menu for that thing? Holy crap.

Just read the menu. Stay strong man, that's going to be one hell of a task with all of that temptation. I'd go nuts if I was there.

That's awesome.

Mind if I ask how you are doing it - reduced caloric intake, exercise, weight-lifting, etc?

Congrats!

I've dropped my daily caloric intake down to 700-800. It has to include 3 meals, so I have to choose my food carefully. I've also increased my exercise to minimum 400 calories burned a day. Mostly I do elliptical, walking, and hiking. I've cut some foods out altogether. I've not had any soda, ice cream, fast food, chips, candy, chocolate since I've started the program.

Congrats. That's not many calories for a day I'm in the process of watching my caloric intake but the booze keeps getting in the way. Good luck with the next stage!!

CONGRATS!!!!

I've undergone my own mini transformation too, having lost 24 pounds since 8/15 (from 208 to 184).

It's all about forming new habits and sticking with them, which hopefully we both have done along the way. Keep up the good work!

700-800.

Is that a cut of 700-800 calories or a diet of 700-800 calories?

Nice job! Keep it up... I am in my mid 30s and love food just like the next guy. I find that if I dont exercise it will pack on quick so I walk walk walk. I walk 7 miles at work on average and another 4 miles every other day hiking. That way I can eat whatever the hell I want.

Yeah, 700-800 PER DAY is no bueno...........the danger is your body will go into panic mode, eat up all your muscle with fat, and eventually you will be in "starvation mode", and almost always you will put all the weight back on, and more.....just giving a fair warning.

Nice Job Corbin! I recent dropped 23 lbs when I was dating, then put about 8 back on lol! Hitting the gym again this week, I would like to get to my lowest weight in probably 7+ years, which would be 210lbs. I went from 239 to 216, but have put some back on, so I need to get at it again.

Weight loss is a bitch, glad to see you are kicking its ass!
