Now? No idea. I think you'd expect to pay something close to what they were at release which was $6k. Wiggins' fall from hobby grace sure didn't help increase the price.

The rest of this case was umm, less than incredible. Yes, saved the case, for sure.

I'm glad you mentioned this actually.... but lets actually revise this a little bit.

You have to look at how many times the Disney company has split.

Here's the split history.

https://www.stocksplithistory.com/walt-disney/

25 shares in 1940-something are actually equivelant to 100,264 shares today. Isn't that nuts?

So the current value of 25 shares of disney in the 1940's is actually $1,067,313.69......

Seriously..... how awesome is that?

Not sure if Rem will sell it.... but if he does, we'll find out!

I know that the Eminence Wilt's sell for a lot more than other Wilt cuts, and that the last couple of the bigger guys like Charlie Chaplin ($5101) and Harry Houdini ($4550) have done really well.... but I have no idea how Disney will compare.

But yeah, Rem may have me sell it today, or may just hold. Totally up to him.

Very cool card all the way around. I busted a ton of UD legendary cuts back in the day. Hit some pretty unique cuts ,but nothing like that monster.

*don't underestimate the Disney nuts out there.

Didn't think Chaplin or Houdini would get that much...but like someone else said, I could see some Disney collectors driving this one up even more.

Awesome awesome video. If I were him, I would hang onto that. It has a much better story than what the cash could buy. Case sitting around for 3 years, finished his PhD and decided to bust, then hits that? If he has an office, that would be a cool display piece.
