Since VA is not on there, we have "Collector's Heaven" on Lakeside avenue in Richmond. Almost exclusively gaming nowadays but the owner will order wax and prices are not outrageous.

In Lebanon, PA at the Lebanon Valley Mall, there's a place called Kingdom Sports World. They have a small selection of items, but their prices are close to what they are online and their staff are very friendly. Mainly focused on sports souvenirs, but they do carry card supplies as well. If anyone is interested, here's the info
