Default Matt Adams

I am really digging this guy. His background story, where he came from, and his team mates say hes one of the most humble guys ever. Glad to see him smashing some balls in the bigs. Anyone elses thoughts on the big guy???

I am currently a student at Slippery Rock University, where he went to college! Not a big baseball school, so we don't hear anything about him here, which sucks because not many famous people went here

Trying to make my mind up. My girlfriend and I collect mets mainly because it has sentimental value to her because of her father. Only team I am partial to are the braves which I believe is because I grew up in the 90s. (braves = baseball, dallas = football) about sums up 90s for a lot of people I think. I also used to be a big expos fan. (loved Vladi) I finally think I like a player (Matt Adams) enough to start a pc for him. So thats where I am at....... To start one or not to. This all was also sparked by me pulling a 2013 Gypsy Queen on card auto and doing research on the guy. I liked basically everything I read.

If you're going to start a pc I would wait until his cooldown. The guy is batting .542 right now so his cards are hot.

You can go to sportlots.com and pick up most of his base/inserts decently cheap, but I think he would be a great player to PC.

Its a tough decision on buying autos, Cards have been putting Craig in the OF to get Adams some time at first, so if he gets more ABs and goes nuts, his cards will go through the roof. It will be a risk eithe way, but i think he is a great player to collect

I've picked up a lot of his stuff recently, and it seems like it's selling pretty well on eBay. I just want to see him get more playing time!
