Default 1986 Bonds tiffany vs traded

Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between these 2. I know it has to do with the stock of the paper but I feel the paper color on the back looks the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Tiffany is on white paper stock and regular Topps was on gray stock. If you hold them up side by side, the Tiffany will appear brighter.

I would pay $1k for a perfectly centered PSA 10 (and open to quantity).

In 2 or 3 yrs, I expect Bonds to get enshrined into the HOF. Then $2k+

The 87 is around $350. That may have been what you are thinking of.

Below are my pair of Tiffany and regular from my PC. The Tiffany don't chip as easily since the cardboard is higher quality. The Tiffany does have a slight gloss too but as you can see has a slight yellowishh.. hope this helps.

The tiffany version does not have the asterisks in the bottom border on back.

Easiest way to discern between the two.

And as others mentioned, there is a thicker coat of gloss on the tiffany version.

It's really too bad that Bonds had such an unceremonious demise.

Had he played another year, he could have finished with 3,000 hits and 2,000 RBI. And maybe 800 HR.

And he would have cleared Babe Ruth as the #1 batter on the all-time WAR list.

SanFran did him dirty. They told a guy with a .480 OBP the year before to never come back.

I think Bonds would have over a .400 OBP if he played next season

Pretty sure that was every MLB team, he would have played DH at the minimum and nobody wanted him.

Here is my Tiffany next to the regular Traded. The BGS one is about half the price of a PSA 10 so went that route.
