Fast Times at Ridgemont High Appreciation Thread

So my middle-schooler comes home today to report that a group of 7th grade girls were smoking weed in the school bathroom, and, on the same day, the high schoolers reported that the school went on a brief lockdown because a freshman had passed out in the bathroom (drunk on vodka, apparently). Banner day for the local school district.

This got me to thinking about the wonders of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High." Phoebe Cates coming out of the pool, Mr. Hand's History class, stoner Jeff Spicoli, Brad and his classic car, Mike Damone's various hustles, Jennifer Jason Leigh, etc.

Wished they did a tv reunion with all the remaining cast memebers and give a lot of behind the scenes stuff that they did or talk of the memories of making it , had a all star cast .

I was a Freshman in Hugh School when Fast Times came out in the theaters. I can attest most of the people in the school were on dope just like Mr. Hands suspected.

Yep, loved it. Nicolas Cage was still Nicolas Coppola back then if I remember. He worked w/ Judge Reinhold. Heart guitarist Nancy Wilson is the blonde who laughs at Judge Reinholt in his car when he throws away his seafood captain uniform.
